Brand development for Pennine Property Group. An estate agency, based in Huddersfield where reputation is key.
The brand identity consists of the 'P' brandmark combining the notion of property with the first letter of Pennine. The striking pink colour is used as a pop of colour against the grey.
A simplified rolling hills landscape is used as a secondary graphical device for instant brand recognition, as well as the subtle nod to the previous brand identity.
